Fish ponds at Dan Fish Farms located on Kibbutz
Dan, close to the Lebanese border in the north of Israel.
Besides growing fish, the farm has specialized in developing new species for
agriculture, fish vaccines,
fish feeds and equipment. By the end of 2007, it plans to produce 4,000 kg
of sturgeon caviar per year.
